30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind every CHARGE product. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll issue a full refund or replacement — even if the product is opened.
How to Request a Refund
Email hello@chargenight.com with:
- Your order number
- The product you'd like refunded
- A brief reason (helps us improve)
We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps. You do not need to return opened bottles — we'll process the refund directly.
Processing Time
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Bank processing times vary.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We'll ship a replacement immediately at no cost.
Subscriptions
You can pause, skip, or cancel a subscription at any time from your account. Charges already processed for a shipped order are eligible for the 30-day guarantee above.
