Shipping Policy

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories. International shipping is not yet available.

Rates & Delivery Times

• Standard (US): $5 flat rate. 3–5 business days after processing.
• Free shipping: Free on all subscription orders and one-time orders over $60.
• Expedited (US): $15 flat rate. 2 business days after processing.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 12:00 PM PT on business days ship the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PT or on weekends and holidays ship the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Tracking

Every order includes a tracking number. If you don't see a shipping confirmation within 2 business days, check your spam folder or email hello@chargenight.com.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package hasn't arrived within 10 business days of shipment, or tracking indicates it's lost, contact us and we'll ship a replacement at no cost.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can update the address on unshipped orders — reach us immediately at hello@chargenight.com. Once an order has shipped, the carrier's rules apply.
